BACKGROUND

NORFACHEMA Ltd. was established in 1997 as a Lithuanian - Norway joint stock company by Achema Group, one of the biggest industrial conglomerates in Eastern Europe. In 2007 it was spun off from Achema and acquired by Pharmedus Group, the pharma-marketing and distribution company.

An ISO 9001 company, we have through perseverance and constant technological enhancement, met the packaging needs of Pharmaceutical sector. We provide packaging materials, blisters, standup pouches, laminated standup pouches.

THE INFRASTRUCTURE

Our factory, spread over 700 sq. m. floor and administrative space is a dust and insect-free premise.

We also ensure that the packaging material which carries a product's sales appeal and helps maintain its shelf life, reaches the customer with utmost care.

Our machinery has been acquired to provide all kinds of multi-coloured and multi-dimensional printing and packaging.

TECHNOLOGY

Our state-of-the art set-up is a one stop shop for all printing and packaging solutions. We believe that infrastructure and technology are must-haves to meet high standards of quality that fulfill customer needs.

Our factory is designed to meet international standards in hygiene required by Food and Pharmaceutical industries. Understanding our responsibility towards public health and safety, we carry out our operations in a clean environment.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Control is the driving force behind our success. Our team of highly qualified officers makes sure that no product is passed without undergoing strict tests under Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Our Quality Control Department is fully equipped to meet the toughest standards set by clients. Vigorous tests are carried out on all raw materials and finished products to ensure that our products are clean, hygienic and defect-free. Checks are done at all the stages of production cycle. Technical assessment of products verifies conformity to customer's specification and customized reports ensure total traceability.
